| 3.0 Exceptions to the Specifications – In the event that the equipment does not meet the requirements of these specifications, or does not include the operational features required, the bidder may take exception to the specification if this is duly noted in the bid and an alternate bid is submitted.

| 7.0 Equipment Brochures – the bidders shall include/provide complete set of brochures and indicate in the offer religiously including the model number of respective equipment to be supplied.
| 7.0 Equipment Brochures/Block Diagram – the bidders shall include/provide Engineering block diagram of the whole radar and power supply system including lightning arrester, grounding systems, etc. in standard engineering format with complete set of brochures. Also indicate in the offer religiously the model number, specification of respective equipment to be supplied.

* The bidder/supplier shall include in the bid the provision of recommended spare parts;
* The bidder/supplier shall include the list of serviceable parts with corresponding price in foreign currency (Euro or US $) for five (5) years warranty without price increase.
