Residents living in low lying and mountainous areas under public storm warning signal #1 are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides.

Estimated rainfall amount is from 5 - 15 mm per hour (moderate - heavy) over MIMAROPA, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga and the rest of Northern Mindanao.

Fishing boats and other small seacrafts are advised not to venture out into the seaboards of Northern and Southern Luzon and the eastern seaboards of Central Luzon and Visayas.

The public and the disaster coordinating councils concerned are advised to take appropriate actions and watch for the next bulletin to be issued at 5 AM tomorrow.
