"PABLO" has slightly weakened and has accelerated as it moves away from the country.

Coordinates:	12.4°N, 116.8°E
Strength:	Maximum sustained winds of 115 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 145 kph
Movement:	West Northwest at 13 kph
Forecast Positions/Outlook:	*Friday morning:* 650 km West of Metro Manila or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR)
