Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center
and gustiness of up to 160 kph
Movement: North Northeast 7 kph

400 km West of Baguio City
Sunday evening:
300 km West of Laoag City or
outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR)
No Public Storm Warning Signals Raised

Fishing boats and other sea vessels are advised not to venture out into the seaboards of Northern and Central Luzon and the western seaboard of Southern Luzon.
