Typhoon "PABLO" has maintained its strength and is now moving closer to western section of Northern and Central Luzon.
Location of Center: (as of 10:00 a.m.)	320 km Northwest of Dagupan City
Coordinates:	17.0°N, 117.1°E
Strength:	Maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph
Movement:	Northeast 7 kph

Residents living in low lying and mountainous areas under public storm warning signal #1 are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides.

Estimated rainfall amount is from 15 to 25 mm per hour (heavy - intense) within the 400 km diameter of the Typhoon.

Fishing boats and other sea vessels are advised not to venture out into the seaboards of Northern and Central Luzon and the western seaboard of Southern Luzon.

The public and the disaster coordinating councils concerned are advised to take appropriate actions and watch for the next bulletin to be issued at 5 p.m. today.
