Ridge of high pressure area extending across the country.
Forecast:
The entire archipelago will experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies except for isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the Eastern sections.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the East and Northeast will prevail over the Central and coming from the East and Northeast over the Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the East and Southeast with slight to moderate seas.
