Synopsis:
Wind convergence affecting Mindanao and Eastern Visayas. Ridge of High Pressure Area (HPA) extending across Northern Luzon.

Forecast:
Mindanao and Eastern Visayas will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas and coming from the east and northeast over Eastern Mindanao and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the east and northeast with slight to moderate seas.
