Synopsis:
Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao. Moderate to occasionally strong Southwesterly surface windflow affecting Northern Luzon.

Forecast:
The Western section of Northern and Central Luzon and the whole Mindanao will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the South and Southwest will prevail over Luzon and Western Visayas and coming from the Southwest and Variable over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate except during thunderstorms.
