Synopsis:
Diffused tail-end of cold front affecting Northern Luzon. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Mindanao.
Forecast:
The regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley and Zamboanga Peninsula will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the western section.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the southeast to south will prevail over Luzon and coming from the east to southeast over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
