Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.

 

Forecast:  

 

Western Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

 

Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northeast to northwest will prevail over the eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas and coming from the southwest to west over Mindanao. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to northwest over the rest of Luzon and of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
