CPC Leaky Bucket Soil Moisture Model captured a noticeable decrease in soil moisture percentage in most parts of Luzon and Visayas while an increase of soil moisture percentage was observed in Ilocos Norte, Zambales, Tarlac and most parts of Mindanao.
