CPC Leaky Soil Moisture monitoring captured a decrease in soil moisture percentage in most parts of Luzon (except Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Cagayan and Batanes and northern Palawan), Visayas (except Bohol), western section of Zamboanga Peninsula, and BASULTA while an increase of soil moisture percentage was observed over the rest of the country.
