The Easterlies and weak southwest monsoon are the dominant weather systems to affect the country during the celebration of Independence Day.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with chances of isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
