Data Privacy Awareness and Compliance Seminar and Sex-Disaggregated Data Training
DOST-PAGASA conducts the Data Privacy Awareness and Compliance Seminar and Sex-Disaggregated Data Training from 2 to 5 June 2025 at the Amihan Conference Room, PAGASA Central Office.
In connection with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), this training is conducted for the PAGASA Technical Working Group for Data Privacy and Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Point System to ensure compliance with data protection principles and handling of personal information.
This training also covers the importance of collecting Sex-Disaggregated Data (SDD) in gender-responsive programs and projects. Participants will learn how to collect, analyze, and use SDD while adhering to privacy regulations.
