DOST-PAGASA 2025 Mid-Year Program Review and Analysis
The DOST-PAGASA conducted its 2025 Mid-Year Performance Review and Analysis (PRA) from 30-31 July 2025 at the Madison 101 Hotel + Tower, New Manila, Quezon City. This activity brought together the PAGASA officials, planning officers, and key personnel from research & development, operations and services, and administrative and engineering services, to assess accomplishments for the first semester of the year, identify challenges encountered, and recalibrate strategies to ensure the successful delivery of DOST-PAGASA mandates for the remainder of 2025.
The conduct of the mid-year PRA reflects DOST-PAGASA’s ongoing efforts and future plans, and demonstrates the agency’s commitment to continuous improvement and strategic planning for enhanced public service delivery.
